Black Friday has become one of the biggest retail events of the year, often regarded as the unofficial start of the holiday shopping season, and this year MADE was set to reveal some of its best offers yet. My concept was to obscure the product with a luxurious draped fabric, to create a sense of intrigue, newness and exclusivity, while offering maximum flexibility for a range of promotions. Unexpected colour, texture and scale make each promotional phase distinctive, tempting customers back for the next ‘unveiling’. This is Black Friday at its most elevated.
